- Cancel anytime. Use the “Manage or cancel” link in your welcome email. You won’t be charged again, and your page stays live until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Not approved? If we don’t approve your new page, we cancel the subscription and refund your first payment in full.
- First payment. If ez2tip isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Renewals. Renewal payments aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it.
Tips themselves go directly to your payment app, so refunds of tips are between you and the tipper through that app.
